Finally, I was good enough to get in another leg day! Yesterday I was able to complete my entire leg routine which is 5 sets of squats 10 reps (125, 175, 215, 175, 125), 5 sets of 20 standing lunges (no weight), 5 sets of leg presses 8-10 reps (270, 405, 450, 405, 270), 7 sets leg extension machine 10 reps (80, 90, 100, 100, 90, 80, 50), 8 sets of calf raises 12-15 reps (270), 3 sets of wall sits 60 second each, Walk on the treadmill for 15 mins on a high incline. I should also note that I write this while walking on the treadmill for another 15 mins because it's productive and warms me up (no incline and at a comfortable walking pace). ----Now the food! For breakfast I had two slices of whole west toast with natural peanut butter because I wanted a bunch of carbs and fats for leg day. For lunch I went for subway because of curse I did. For supper I ate... a lot. I had a huge veggie stir fry with peanut sauce and then a slice of bread, and then a veggie wrap, and then a slice of vegan chocolate cake, and then corn chips and salsa. The place I am staying flooded last night so I was stress eating. 🙃🙃🙃🙃 (picture is unrelated but makes me happy!)
