Yesterday was leg day! Or at least it was supposed to be until I tried to do a squat and realized one of my hamstrings had not fully recovered from the last leg day. Because of that I decided it was back day! Let's get started! --- First I warmed ups with some wide grip pull ups (4 sets, 12-15 reps), single arm dumbbell rows (4 sets per arm, 12 reps, 55lbs), bent-over barbell deadlifts (4 sets, 10 reps, 110lbs). At this point I was already tired so I took a break and walked on the treadmill for 20 mins to try and stretch out my hamstring. After that I went back to back and did wide stance push ups (5 sets, 10-15 reps), lateral pull downs (5 sets 10 reps, 50, 70, 90, 70, 50lbs), and finally I finished off with some inverted dumb bell flies (5 sets, 10-15 reps, 15, 20, 15, 15, 15lbs)--- Now the good stuff! I had oatmeal for breakfast with cinnamon and agave, I had a 6 inch veggie sub and a protein shake for lunch, I had to forgo my usual supper time because I had a photo shoot from 5pm-9pm with the wonderful Shaun Simpson. We made up for it by drinking some wine, and then when I got home I made a pesto and Dijon veggie wrap and had some Oreos. JOB WELL DONE!
