The Hood!
Added 2018-03-18 01:30:42 +0000 UTCThis is one of my favourite shots from the Red hood series for the simple reason that it is... um.. simple. It shows off the costume in full and the pose reminds me of an action figure. For the Chest and abs I used a thermo plastic and molded it to make the very exaggerated muscles. I did this because the reference image I used had ridiculous abs, plus it meant I could keep eating doughnuts. After I had the chest plate built, I sprayed it with adhesive and wrapped it in grey spandex so that it had a fabric texture rather than a plastic one. The bat logo and the boot covers are made from the same plastic for no reason other than I had a bunch of it!
Anyway, RED HOOD!
