Hi! Just you casual remind to keep going. I know that sounds kinda generic, but what ever it is that your doing to better yourself, keep doing it. January is a shitty time and this Monday is called blue Monday because it’s statistically the most depressing day of the year. My current issue revolves around food and it’s connection to my mental state. I’m happy woth my body, in all its shapes but I’m not happy woth my connection to processed foods, carbs and take out. It’s too easy to be comfortable.
Anyway, I posted this photo because I know it will motivate some people and if it doesn’t, I at least hope the kinda goofiness of it help take away some of the Monday blues!
