When I was getting ready for the Halloween shoot last year, I ordered some women’s lingerie with the concept being a male devil pinup. my intention was never to use the bra part, but I thought it would be kind of funny to put it on and take a picture. The problem was it wasn’t funny and it felt incredibly surreal.
This was the first time I saw a picture of myself that I was embarrassed by. Like truly truly embarrassed by. I’m at a point in my life where I’m not too worried about my parents seeing my content on the Internet, but for some reason, the idea of them seeing this photo made my skin crawl. I know for a fact that it’s some sort of internalized toxic masculinity bullshit, but GOD DAMN, if it didn’t fuck me up.
I think what made it extra weird was the fact that I honestly found the picture to be quite sexy, but was also incredibly embarrassed by it at the same time. I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea to see a strong muscular man in women’s lingerie, but I found it hot in a strange way.
Anyway, I’m not gonna write a whole book about this, but I just wanted to take this chance to post the photo because it’s sexy, it’s out of my comfort zone, and that’s what this month has always been about!

The nice thing is that this platform is a concentrated means of helping to break free from those constraints.
