Added 2018-11-30 04:37:20 +0000 UTCSmall change this time, bumped down the 25 dollar tier to 20, and changed it to cell shade instead of painting.
Added a new clause that good ideas get a chance to be bumped up a tier. So you guys rack those brains for ideas that are popular/neat.
