Pure Muscle Growth

Hello Supporters,

Here is a hypnosis track for pure muscle growth. For this one I tried to keep it really focused on Muscle growth. There isn't a story tied to this one. It begins with a progressive relaxation based on a "pure light" radiating through the body. Then it moves to an induction of drifting down into circles of pure positive energy. Then suggestions to grow huge! I left a minute in the track to just enjoy it before a wake-up.

For the audio I used a meandering piano piece "Drone in D" Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com ) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 License . Oh man, it feels good to use something else than the same backgrounds I always use. I think the meandering notes work as a passive confusion induction in the background, which is an unexpected benefit.

The image the accompanies the track is an engraving of the Farnese Hercules given a vaporwave type a e s t h e t i c. I've been remixing art of the romantic movement for the past few tracks' album art. The dreamy idealism of romanticism art works well for hypnosis and technically it's all public domain. Plus I want to make all my old art history teachers cry. Mmmmmm, art history teacher tears, so delicious.

I've been a little out-of-sorts lately. My parents (one of whom I'm a caregiver for) get super clingy before I travel and it gets hard to breathe, much less get in the head space to do relaxation recordings. But I managed to do this one and I think it turned out better than expected! Pretty good, even. Thank you for supporting me and I look forward to creating lots more hypnotic recordings for my patrons.
