Just in time for Orctober, you can try out this orc transformation trigger file. This recording should (especially with repeated listening) anchor the sensation of transforming into a massive Orc whenever you or someone you trust says the phrase "Orc Up."
It also contains a "wake up" trigger of "play time's over" to turn you back human, but there are plenty of suggestions in the file to help you get back out of character when you need to.

I like this track a lot, it helps me get in character for my TTRPG characters. They're mostly orcs, and they're usually the face of the group. So a boost in confidence is always welcome. Thanks for sharing
