Mandatory Read : The State of MGH and Tiny Devil Studio - Feb 12th
Added 2021-02-12 07:32:06 +0000 UTCThis week we did our taxes, an unemployment extension for my wife, insurance renewal, etc. etc. etc. Along with all that we did an evaluation of the patreon. Things are on track, but there is an issue with the Legacy Tier and goals.
Legacy Tier - After deducting patreon fees, processing fees, state and federal tax, about half or less of what you are donating actually makes it MGH. Because of this I would like to ask if you could please move up to the Bronze Tier. I understand if you don't want to or cant jump up a tier, but doing so would help me out greatly. You wont have any rewards taken away or anything like that if you stay on Legacy Tier, I'm not going to punish you for staying at a tier that you like. I'm not going to be mad you chose a tier that I used to offer.
Goals - My wife has been laid off of work and her first round of unemployment just ran out. Thankfully, she does get a second round of unemployment, but after that I will be the main supporter of the household. Because of this, I have changed the goals a bit. The next goal now is to get to a living wage and be financially stable enough to continue making the game full time. We are more then halfway there and we have backup plans if it takes a bit longer to get financially stable, so MGH is here to stay.
