Tier 3 > Tier 2 Poll Results
Added 2020-01-13 13:37:06 +0000 UTCWith over 200 votes the polls are closed. I ordered the results, you can see the raw results on the second image.
As I said, the top 24 will now move to Tier 2 (green), the mid 24 will stay in Tier 3 (blue), and the low 24 will be deleted from the list (red).

So, these 24 will join the other 24 Tier 2 characters. I will start Public Polls to cut that in half, and then we can have a closed patron-only poll for the top 12 that will move to Tier 1.
