'Logic' Postmortem & 700,000 Subs Stream!

Hello lovely patrons!

I'll be streaming tonight, chatting about the last video I made and the feedback it got, plus celebrating 700,000 subscribers! I hope you can join me, it should be a very chill and relaxing time - plus it's the first stream from my new flat!

This was so immersive. I knew the timestamp where the video would end and yet I was still on the edge of my seat, gunning for the underdog.

Good luck getting your interwebs sorted! One thing I thought I'd mention is that for overall video clarity your glitter dimension backdrop might be causing you some issues, especially if it's moving at all during the video. See Tom Scott's video about youtube compression here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6Rp-uo6HmI

And yes, plugging in Ethernet should help, but you need to be on it when you start (as I believe you discovered, right around the 38 minute mark). Also, I used to live in the UK with shitty copper wiring and the Internet was still fine. It's amazing what modern DSL algorithms can do even with shitty copper. Don't go for a lease-line just yet: try a regular phone-line provider through the copper, and plug in Ethernet from the start. I suspect you'll be ok.

This was worth every penny I've paid to Patreon.

Genuinely the most fun I've ever had watching a stream. I hope it wasn't too stressfull for you!

Hey mate are co-working stream labs a thing? Might be an option post covid.

Is it started and gone then?

Was a really fun stream actually! Hope you get your internet issues sorted without too much hassle.

Yussss! More speach analysis! Make it an ongoing thing!

I would love to get better at breaking down arguments like you did in this video. Have you considered doing a small series where you take different speeches like this and break them down? I guess it might get repetitive for you... but I find the way you explain things incredibly accessible.

Ooooooh! Looking forward to it
