Wanting Feedback: Partial CGs
Added 2019-12-12 21:00:05 +0000 UTCHey, I'm thinking about potentially adding a new type of image to Our Life- partial CGs. Similar to the cut-in style CGs, these images wouldn't be sprites but wouldn't be full CG images that takes up the entire screen either. They may or may not even have a background, it could just have a border and a fuzzy section like the above example.
What do you guys think? Would it be distracting to have the game switch between sprites and things like this? Or does it just look out of place? Or would you be interested in having more inserts that were on the simpler side?

2019-12-21 20:32:00 +0000 UTCI like the idea I do think the fuzzy background is somewhat...annoying isn’t the word but maybe a lil unexpected? But I also like the idea of the scenes where this feature might be added there could be moments when the it’s imperative for us players to feel our Mc is literally ignoring the background... like her or his eyes are completely zeroed in and focused on the cove in that moment. Does this make sense?
