Tier Goal Update!

We decided to go ahead and switch the way tier goals are decided; from amount earned to the amount of Patrons we have. It still works out to be about the same, but this way people can more easily see where we are progress-wise.
Also, we sort of combined two of the older goals that we've long since surpassed (spending more time posting on the Patreon and doing more Patreon polls) and we added a brand new one! The next goal we're working towards is being able to hire another programmer. If we could do that we'd have a much easier time putting things like demos, betas, and even finished games out.
