Our Life: Beta Build 0.45!

Hello!
We're excited to say that the latest beta for Our Life has arrived.
New Content:
- The full version of the Step 2 Intro is now in the game, adding multiple new scenes to that segment
- The first complete Step 2 Moment is available! "Summerwork"
- Part 1 of the Step 2 Moment "Wave" was transferred over from the PAX demo to now also be in the beta build. It has a longer intro and some small updates
- "Sleepover" the Step 1 Moment was expanded with more content
- The opening prologue has a couple new options, it's now possible to help out Cove's dad without having to take the money for it
- Cove wears an adorable sweater during the Step 1 Moment "Ghost"
- Errors reported from the previous build were fixed, including the issue of the sprites appearing cut-off if the scroll back option is used
Known Errors:
- Saves from the old beta or the public demo will have errors if used with the new version. Please start a brand new file!
- New events don't have voice acting yet
- Step 2 just uses a normal menu to select Moments because the fancy screen hasn't been finished yet
We're super psyched to see what you guys think of Step 2 after all this time. Please feel free to leave your thoughts on all the new events.

2020-04-27 02:29:53 +0000 UTCI'm really happy you enjoyed it! The amount of options to get Warm or Cold points are about the same. Maybe the Warm choices just don't seem as noticeable or desirable with the additional events. We'll keep working on tweaking it :].

That error happens briefly because the blue pj shirt doesn't display correctly in the upper corner. You can get past the error by ignoring it a couple times and it'll be fixed the next build. If you have the purple pj shirt, the scene will be fine.

2020-04-21 20:47:44 +0000 UTCFinally got around to playing the latest demo and i love it! I am however having issues with getting the more friendly and open version of Cove in step two. I'm trying all kinds of different answers combinations and i always seem to end up with the more reserved Cove. It kind of feels like it's actually gotten quite hard now to get the more open Cove compared to the older demos.

Also found a bug. It's allowed me to relive my childhood through part one and my personal favorite so far has been the fireworks and sharing ice cream with Cove. It was so adorable and I love how the moms noticed it too but chose not to say anything so they wouldn't embarrass them. I can't wait to play the full game later this summer! :D

I finally got a Cove that stole the fruit after I said no. lol, that was so funny. that's ok, he also thought it was funny that my feisty girl faked pushing Jeremy. lol. a match made there. lol

Also, Thank you for making this game and for the new update, it make me happy just reading the new update and eveyone had been going through with the corona season π· at this years. 2020-04-15 21:43:05 +0000 UTCFound a possible bug: I'm playing an indifferent MC and on the Sleepover event and there seems to be a line (page?) of dialogue missing after MC asks Cove if they're friends and Cove turns the question back around on them. It goes from "uneasy about his impending answer" to next page "you wrinkled you nose at the question being redirected at you". Love Cove's new sweater in Ghost, very cute β€
