You actually get it at the end of the game. It was a mistake to say Errands. During the final scenes you have to get upset at the restaurant and go to the car, call Cove or stay alone (he comes anyway), and then when he jokes about your hands being free now you have to say that you're hands are free for other things. But you have to be already dating for it to continue past him just being shy about it. I hope that helps!
