I am personally not ready to let him go... 🥺😢. That game, that story, those endearing characters, that little piece of slice of life you offered us was like I have never known before. The way each of our choices influence both the story as it goes, our personality, our relationships and Cove by extension.... I am blown away by such a clever game system. Every time I play, I feel like I am returning home, where I belong. I feel so good, at ease, confortable. That game is clearly my dream life if I were to live in another reality/dimension. I could be who I dream to be, love at my heart's content and express my love in so many ways. I feel so blessed that I discovered your game studio and that incredible game. I have already played more than 400 hours since last summer and I won't stop because when I need my dose of love, this is where I take refuge, my own paradise. I enjoyed discovering more about Derek and Baxter through the DLCs but none can compare to how wonderful Cove is. He is my one and only through and through. Baxter DLC was my least favorite because I really disliked Baxter's personality and the way he was behaving. I unfortunately couldn't get attached to him, or feel connected to someone so closed-off, so distant. I can't even understand how we can fall for him in such a short timeline whether it is during the summer but worse when we meet again for Scott and Jude's wedding. Anyway, I can't thank you enough for sharing your talent with us, for taking our feedback into account, for extending Our Life: Beginnings and Always with so many DLCs for us to enjoy. My only regret is that I wish we could continue following Cove and our character through their other life stages because I can't get enough. Though, I know you have to move on to other games. Still, I will resume supporting you because you deserve it so much! You're an incredible team. Lots of love

I stumbled upon ol1 completely accidentally but it was the best game I’ve ever played, I was always awkward and self conscious but this game was so open and welcoming I felt so SEEN. And while I loved the romantic parts the friendship was so important to me, especially since I am a lesbian. I was a fan for a couple years and then when I found out ol2 was on its way with non-male LIs I freaked out. I’m so incredibly excited to grow up with new faces. Although I still love cove <3 thank you GB for all your hard work 💗💗

Never have I played a game that changed my life so much! My journey with Cove allowed me to explore myself and really question the world around me and what I look for in a partner. He made me feel so safe and loved and all the characters have a special place in my heart, especially drop-dead beautiful moms! So, while it may officially be the end of OL B&A, the story will always be there, the memories will never leave me and I can always come back to my loving ocean man! Maybe one day I'll play the Dereck and Baxter routes, but until then I'll always be thankful for Cove and GB Patch for making me feel safe, loved and validated. Thank you for the journey! I'll see you at the beach my loving husband! Now we just gotta wait for the 18+event and OL2! No need to say goodbye! There is always a new beginning!
