Steps 1-3 will each have 5 free moments. There will also be another 5 moments for steps 1-3 that you can play for a total of 10 moments per step, but those extra moments will be DLC's so you'll have to pay for them. :)

If you wear them as normal clothes Tamarack won't ask simply because we can't have an alteration in all 10 Moments/the prologue/the end of Step 1 where she stops the conversation to talk about it if you decide to wear it casually. It's a downside of having such a big and complicated game, aha
