OL2: Color Selection Preview
Added 2024-08-07 18:00:05 +0000 UTCWoo, look at that! Shawna, our lead programmer, is working on a total remake of the MC Doll customization screen. It has a bunch of new features that we'll be sharing over the next few months.
This video shows how you'll eventually be able to choose any color you want for any part of the doll. You can even just type in a hex code to get the exact shade you're after. And once you have picked out a color, you can give it a name so it gets described in the script and save it for future playthroughs in the "Custom Colors" section ✨

Actually I am curious, is it possible to have a hue, saturation and brightness bars alongside just having the whole color wheel? just because I can be meticulous about colours and tend to do that when making art

I’m curious how it’ll connect to the MC sharing hair/eye colours with Opal- right now that colour is tintable, I’m hoping as things develop it’ll still be possible to have the game recognise a similarity but be able to tweak it too. I’m excited to see where things go from here!
