OL2: Beta Build 1.4.5 🎃 (PC, Mac, Android)

Happy Halloween! In August, haha. Today's build adds Part 1 of the Trick or Treat DLC Moment in Step 1. However, next month won't be Part 2 of this Moment. In September there's gonna be more Step 2 prologue scenes added. The full version of the Halloween event will come out in October proper.

Right now, you can only go trick or treating at the MC's house and Tamarack's house. If you go to Qiu's house the moment will end.

Also, Shawna has implemented a new feature of the Renpy engine. You can use it like so-

"On the Save screen, the Upload Sync button at the top of the screen will upload your most recent saves to the Ren'Py Sync Server. There is a size limit of 20MB, so if you've filled all your save slots, only the most recent ones will be uploaded, up to the file size limit. After syncing, you will get a code made up of letters and numbers in a format like A1B2C-3D4F5 (it is not case-sensitive, and letters and numbers can be mixed in any order). Save this code somewhere! You will only be able to sync your files using this code for up to 1 hour after upload. After you receive the code, open the Load screen on the device you want to download the synced save files to and hit Download Sync at the top of the screen. Enter the code you received earlier and hit Enter. If the code is correct, your save files should be downloaded onto your new device. You may need to close and re-open the game if you don't immediately see your save files."

Or you can bypass the quota by logging in to a Google Drive account, then on the file's download page, click "Add shortcut to Drive" in the upper right corner. Save it to your Drive, then create a new folder, put it inside, and download the folder!

Save files from the prior beta should work in this beta!
