I remember having a phone in Step 3 of OL added so many fun and/or sweet moments with Cove, Baxter, and Lee. So excited for this in OL2. I want that "Check Yes, Juliet" moment and having a cellphone BEFORE becoming official with your neighbors can only help... Unless we do an old school "will you go out with me? Check one: () Yes () No" and send it in a paper airplane.
