Important! Not doing Patreon starting next month.

I wanted to let you all know that I'm going to stop doing Patreon rewards starting next month (June). I'm trying to give you all a heads up so you can cancel or edit your pledges if you want to and not be charged next month.
You'll still be getting May's drawings, don't worry about that.
This isn't a decision that I take lightly and have been thinking about it for the past couple months. It's never easy to make announcements like this, but I feel it's the best path forward for me.
Why?
While I truly appreciate the support I get on Patreon, I really don't know what to do to make it more enticing without permanently gating content behind it.
Lately it has been on the decline in terms of support and I'm beginning to think it's more trouble than it's worth.
Also I really don't agree with a lot of decisions that Patreon has made over the past year and don't want to keep supporting a company that doesn't uphold the values they once said they had.
What happens with this Patreon next?
It'll probably stay up as a sort of donation platform, if you feel like supporting. But I won't be doing any more polls or exclusive Patreon content. At least in the foreseeable future.
What about the Discord server?
I'm still unsure about what to do with it. I'll probably close it down sometime in June, but I'll be thinking about it some more.
I really want to thank all of you who have been here supporting me. Again, I really do appreciate it but I feel like I can find a more profitable way to keep doing my art without gate-keeping it here on Patreon.
EDIT:
Due to people asking for it, the Discord server will stay up. It will remain linked to a Patreon pledge, just like it is right now.

2019-05-17 04:56:40 +0000 UTCI saw this coming from a mile away from how patreon has been doing bussines to its consumers and patrons themselves. While I understand the why you'd close it down and agree to it to a certain point, i think the discord shouldn't be affected. It has a nice community in it and its a great medium to talk not only to your fans but for us to talk to each other knowing that you're the main source of why we're there. Something I actually dont know and would like to ask is from what donation media would you recieve more, patreon or Ko-fi ? with the recent changes to it, would it still be a viable and right way to support you? regardless, we hope for the best and we'll always look forward to your content and what you have in stock for the future.
