So for those who are not native English speakers, Karen is a nickname given to a woman, typically white middle class, who basically treats service industry workers like shit. They are known to making a scene out of the tiniest inconveniences and demand that they speak with the managers in order to berate the staff or get compensation Overall, just a fun concept for a story, not really trying to make any sort of commentary.
