Hey! Thank you! So, drawing multiple versions of a character in a comic is super cute, but also super time-consuming. Let me break it down a bit. Imagine I start with character totally nude. Next, I've got to add some undies, then an outfit, and maybe even a fancy robe! For each layer, I need to make sure the shadows and lighting match up so it doesnโt look like the light is coming from different places in each scene. ๐ง Each layer contains a sketch, outline, color, shadows and lights.๐ This means instead of just one drawing, I'm doing three or four times that! Itโs like drawing a whole bunch of mini-scenes for one pose. As much as Iโd love to do it, it means everything else would take way longer to create. Iโd end up releasing stuff less often, which is a bit of a bummer. So, itโs really a balancing act between creating 10 page comix or 1 pic but with many versions.๐
