Medical Clinic | Sims 4 Build

We are providing quality health care service to your sims since 2022!
I've been getting a couple of requests to make a medical clinic that works with the Private Practice mod, so here is what I came up with.
I went more luxury than "realistic" with this build, If y'all want a more affordable or free clinic feel, let me know below!
I intend on recreating all the Get To Work career lots, so stay tuned for that!
Recommended (well required if you want the build function properly)
- The Sims 4 Get To Work
- Simrealist Private Practice
- Syboulette Hippocrate Set - Amazing build/buy cc creator, if you're looking for functional and realistic cc objects
- RVSN Elevator Portals - This allows you to create functional elevators on any lot. You need this cause, as you can see, there are no stairs in this build!
- Reserved for lockers - Notice these were missing when testing the build, will list them for download when I find the link.
I have tested this build, and Private Practice played as intended during testing.

I set this lot up as a cafe to make that part of the build functional. Private Practice is activated through a lot trait, not type. So, you can set it up as any lot type you desire.
Make sure to turn on bb.moveobjects on before placing, or this build will look a mess!

i know this build is a little old but when i put it in my game it is empty. any way to fix this?
