I didn't include the dorm because it's broken. This game does not like custom roommates. I have plans to make a new realistic functional dorm.
In the video above, I do a detailed tour of the lots.
Important
- These lots are meant to be played with The Sims 4: Discover University
- The university is intended to be connected to Foxbury University
- Here's my Realistic University Text Edit if you want to replace Foxbury with Clark Atlanta
I removed the deco sims and insignificant merged files from the download. So, there will be an alert of missing cc, but overall the builds will still function and look as pictured.
