This rec center was made for low-income sim neighborhoods that need a place for the youth to get active

Important
I set this lot as a park, not a gym, to spawn more teens and children. I recommend LittleMsSam - Preferences mod, which allows you to choose the activities you want your sims to engage in while on the lot.
