This took way longer than expected to build, but it turned out beautifully!
Build Info
1st Floor
- Lobby - Continental Breakfast Buffet and Dining
- Swimming Pool & Heated Jacuzzi
- Laguna Bar & Karaoke
- Fitness Studio
2nd Floor
- (4) Standard Two Double Bed Rooms
- (4) Standard Double Bed Suites
3rd Floor
- (4) Premium One Bedroom Suites
Important
I playtested this lot with KawaiiStatcie's Hotel & Resort Mod and it worked as intended
I don't have access to the NEW Paradise Hotel & Resort mod by Grumpy ,but I'm sure you could easily set this hotel up to play with that mod.
Also, I set the lights to auto light, you should be able to control the lights since it is a community lot
You can use Unlock/Lock Doors on Any Lot by LittleMissSam, to lock your sims hotel room doors

I removed insignificant merged files from the download. So, there will be an alert of missing cc, but overall, the build will still function and look as pictured.

2023-10-08 17:46:10 +0000 UTCI placed it as a bar and use Kawaii's Resort lot trait. I also have Zerbu's Spawn Refresh, which helps with multi-purpose lots by spawning sims to use certain objects.
