AKG K361BT - sound demo

I have no favourite one. I own the Beoplay H4 1sr gen which is ok but not really great. I haven’t found any really decent one.

Oluv, do you have a favourite bluetooth headphone? As I love the Tribit MaxSound Plus sound I probably will buy his Xfree Tune bluetooth headphones hoping a similar sound signature, but I'd like to hear more suggestions.

It's such a coincidence you've just uploaded this as I was just looking into the K361/K371 BT models. I also read elsewhere that sound is different on the BT versions. It's supposedly the same driver, but the size of the housing was increased to accommodate the extra electronics, meanwhile the pads where made slightly shallower to maintain the same overall size. Anyway, I've been listening to the original K361 and K371 on your database and I prefer the K361. It's not perfect, but it seems to have some more soundstage, airiness and sparkle compared to the K371. I was quite impressed and have ordered a pair on Amazon. I took a bit of a risk and got it used - like new condition to get an extra 20% off for Prime Day. Hopefully if there are no problems, then the £55 I payed was a real bargain! On a side note, I've been wanting to get the 58x Jubilee for a quite some time after how much you praised them and hearing them on your database. Unfortunately, as I'm sure you're aware, we can't get in Europe easily, and every time they came up on eBay in Europe, people bid ridiculous prices. I heard some hype surrounding the new Sennheiser HD560S, which is supposedly is similar to the 58x in with the bass and mids, but with slightly different (more) treble in some areas. I thought I'd take the chance as it's available in Europe, and I'm glad I did. They seem to have a close to neutral sound to them, and would urge you to check them out.
