The idea is to keep the ceiling and walls visible all the time to reinforce their sizes. About fighting inside of the ship, well, we can put them in the hangar/vehicles bay.

Looks good! As you say, given how huge they're getting a big messy brawl sounds like a fitting way to have them fight (though the more straight-wrestling boston crab move is still a cool thing to include). And that second, low-angle image works really well to sell their size, too!

Poses # 1, # 3 and # 4 are the best. As for the duel with the Doctor, it would be cool if one of them began to grow muscles during the fight and the one whose muscles grow first would win. Or here's another idea, one will start to drain the strength of the other and this will be reflected in the muscles. During a duel, you can make two scales of strength and the one in which its own scale will be filled is victorious. And during the duel, one begins to absorb or suck the muscles from the other.

Definitely got some good poses here :) On the topic of the Doctor fight, a thought occurs to me; With how big Jane and the Doctor are going to be growing and if we are going for a kaiju-esque fight, what exactly is the backdrop going to be? Because I think they might be getting a bit too big for the interior of the ship. This might be too complicated of an idea, but what if growing to maximum size causes the two to smash through the ceiling and they fight on top of the ship?
