I have been a little quieter than usual recently, so thanks for your continued support. As you may already know, we have a contract with the Australian Army to produce videos for their history unit. So far we have produced videos on the Kokoda Track Campaign, Gallipoli, and the Battle of Kapyong. I've been in Australia for a couple of weeks working with them to plan and design our next video, covering the Battle of Long Tan during the Vietnam War. This will be coming out on the Australian Army official YouTube Channel in the next few months. You can watch our previous videos there as well.
It was my first time in the land where everything can kill you, and I got to see some cool military/history related things. I spent most of the time in Melbourne, and really enjoyed the Kokoda Track Memorial Walk, a 1000 step bushwalk through jungle similar to that traversed by Australian and Papuan soldiers. 1 minute of walking roughly equated to 1 hour of walking the real Kokoda Track.
I was really impressed by the Melbourne Shrine of Remembrance, and have included some photos. I went to the Avalon Air Show, the largest Air Show in the Southern Hemisphere. Alongside good displays by the Australian Air Force there was also an impressive display by a USAF F-22 Raptor. I enjoyed watching the Drone Racing, which I think is a fantastic idea to develop the tech! It was a shame I couldn't stay long enough to experience Anzac day on the 25th April, but I did enjoy my first ever Anzac biscuit.
Video coming shortly about how the criminally overlooked 28th Infantry Division was critical to winning the Battle of the Bulge. I hope you enjoy it. Soon we will begin releasing a 4 part series on Operation Pedestal. It's a big one, so we want to do it justice with a mini series. All episodes will be released simultaneously on Patreon, but the YouTube plebs will have to wait until we secure sponsors!
We're working on a video covering the Houthi Attacks on shipping in the Red Sea over the last 2 years.

Sorry if this question has been asked already several times, but have you ever considered supplementing your videos with animations from DCS or similar games? It is much easier to generate DCS video content nowadays and I feel like some of your more specific battle scenes could benefit from high fidelity 3-D animation! Either way fully recognize you’ve got your plates full and are already working extra hard on the incredible content and we see the progress in production quality with each new update. Thanks for all you do!
