the only thing I can do is see the pledge's status, and your previous ones are currently pending, and not declined, so it is trying to process your card I think.

2015-07-18 18:33:51 +0000 UTCI cannot 'try' to collect anything, I have no control over it. Patreon cycles the payments and cards themselves when you add new cards, payments, etc. If you have a pledge, and the card is valid, eventually patreon will cycle and try to collect, though I can't tell it to do that. If you are having trouble with cards and payments not going through, you should contact patreon and/or your card service, because I don't have control over it.
