I have released v0.11 to all patrons now here. I won't do any more public releases on Patreon, instead releasing to $1 patrons as the final step.
I have made minor changes to the tiers to reflect this and to shorten the time between tier releases, making it 3 days between each tier.
I've thought about how I should do the monthly billing going forward, and the best way for me, to avoid having to decide very month if I should bill you the coming month, is to charge for the two months following/around a release, and suspending any months between that. So I charged you on April 1 for the v0.11 release and I will be doing the same on May 1, but then I will pause the monthly billing until I know I will release v0.12 the coming month, or if v0.12 has already been released. So unless I'm sure I will release v0.12 in June, I will be suspending payments for June 1, regardless of how much I worked on the game in May. And so on.
I won't be doing much work on new content this current month, recharging my batteries, but as I mentioned, the May 1 billing can be seen as me billing for my previous months that I worked on the game but suspended payments. I didn't want to charge you more than once until you had seen the new changes to the game.

I could make my own version of it by only charging one month in connection to each release but with the amount of work I put in per release I'm feeling okay with charging twice :)

2021-04-15 23:28:13 +0000 UTCdude don't bother too much about any of this. Very few patrons actually check who charged and who didn't for that particular month. most of us aren't buying a product, we are supporting a creator we love so I say, enable the charges and cash it in.
