Settings for png/jpeg export for Facebook (Adobe Lightroom Classic)

Exporting for PNG:
- Image format: PNG
- Color space: sRGB
- Bit Depth: 16 Bits/component
- Image sizing:
- Resize to fit: Long Edge
- 2048 pixels
- Resolution: 72 pixels per inch (it doesn't matter if you don't print
- Sharpness for: Screen, Amount: High|
Metadata: Include All (or you can change it)
Exporting for Jpeg:
Color space:
sRGB Bit
Quality: 80 or more (about 90 and more the size will grow but quality won't make any difference)
Image sizing:
Resize to fit: Long Edge 2048 pixels
Resolution: 72 pixels per inch (it doesn't matter if you don't print)
Sharpness for: Screen Amount: High|
Metadata: Include All (or you can change it)
