Listening to same criticize the American Psycho sex scene is so painful. “Dude who looks at themselves flexing in the mirror while having sex” like what. The guy literally tries to stuff a cat into an ATM then has a hallucination of a whole ass killing spree. I don’t even understand all of the symbolism and character building in the movie (I haven’t read the book) but to say it’s “so stupid” for him to watch himself flex while having sex is a stupid thing to say considering the rest of the character/movie
