In Part 1, he got nailed with a cream pie every time he flexed his muscles. In Part 2, the entire video breaks down as he takes his clothes off, gets handcuffed and pummeled with pie after pie after pie, with other nice sweet treats to follow, including an absolutely massive sheet cake that explodes all over his body on impact. Safe to say none of this is in his probably protein-only caveman diet!
