Matterotica Newsletter #39

Greetings lovely patrons, and welcome as always to the recent new additions, lovely to have you here. Below is an update on what's happening in the world of Matterotica, including some important information about posts from next year in the final section of the newsletter!

The Kingswood Saga

A Kingswood Family Christmas

The final part of this chapter has now posted. Thank you to those of you who commented and gave me your feedback throughout the story and on the final chapter. It was a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions (when isn't it!?!) but now the story can move back to the main book, with the boys dealing with the aftermath of an eventful Christmas. I hope you enjoyed. This was a fun one to write, particularly Chris's stories for his friends.

The Kingswood Complication

Chapter 21 is set to post on Friday 29 November and then the story will continue weekly right through to its conclusion. Originally, the story was set to conclude with chapter 46, with another mini-story set over the summer, but it felt like too many of the unresolved storylines were truly part of book 4, so three more chapters got written as a sort of extended prologue for book 4. This means the story will go on to chapter 49, which is currently scheduled to post on Friday 13 June 2025... which sounds REALLY far away, but I'm sure it'll be upon us in no time! As always, feedback is appreciated as the story progresses.

The Kingswood Amelioration

Work on book 5 has slowed down, thanks to a number of contributing factors (more on that below) but it's still moving forward slowly. There's already plenty of teen angst, loads of fun character interactions and more drama than you can shake a stick at!! It definitely feels different from previous books, but still very Kingswood. If you enjoy reading it as much as I'm enjoying writing it, you're in for a great time!

The Humiliation Games 2

It feels like this story only just got started, but as of next week, round one will officially be finished! That means by Tuesday, you will have met all of the main characters for the story! Thanks for your votes received so far, as well as feedback and comments on the actual humiliations.

When round one concludes, there will be a big batch of votes needed as you get to choose which of the round one contestants move forward into round two. I'll be getting all of these out of the way in one week, so every day from Monday 2 December to Sunday 8 December (excluding Friday, which will have the usual Kingswood post) there will be a new voting post shared. I really hope as many as possible of you will vote. Each one will include a summary of the storylines you're voting on, just to help you remember. Once voting week is done, new chapters will continue through round two from the following week.

Currently The Humiliation Games 2 is scheduled to continue posting until its conclusion in mid-February.

What's Next for Matterotica?

Kingswood has been posting weekly, with virtually no breaks, for four years now. In that time, I've also posted additional weekly interactive stories 'Phil's Naked Adventures', 'Greg's Naked Nightmare', 'The Humiliation Games' and now 'The Humiliation Games 2', as well as the 50-part Daring Kai and a bunch of short stoies and one-offs. I would hope it's not unreasonable for me to say... that is a FUCKLOAD of work!

Doing all of that, whilst working a full-time job and actually having a life (yes, contrary to popular opinion, I do have one!!) is pretty demanding and I need a break! Of course, being the obsessive writer that I am, 'break' is a very relative term. Work on Kingswood will not stop. I don't think could stop even if I wanted to (which I don't!) so for Kingswood fans, nothing will change. New chapters will continue to post weekly, at least for a few more years. What happens after book 7 remain to be seen...

My 'break' comes in the form of easing back on the additional stories. I've loved writing and sharing the stories mentioned above, but committing to a new chapter every week is mentally draining, and the last thing I want is to burn myself out. The reason I'm sharing this is because I know you all pay to be here, and I remain eternally conscious of the need to provide you with good value for money! As such, I didn't want anyone to be paying for membership and feeling they're not getting what they pay for. So from March onwards, after the conclusion of The Humiliation Games 2, you can still expect weekly Kingswood postings (and there will doubtlessly be other stories I post in addition occasionally) but at least for the foreseeable future, there won't be a regular weekly second story getting posted!

I know that means some of you may choose to cancel membership, and that's understandable. I appreciate every one of you being here, whether you're here for just one month, or a long-term subscriber. I just didn't want anyone to feel like I'm not meeting your expectations, so I thought telling you in advance about the reduction in posts would help you make any decisions about whether you're sticking around.
