It looks to me as though Josh is regressing to the earlier childhood he was denied by the actions of his evil brothers. I hope he now has a chance to live it and get back on a healthier emotional track. Painting also seems like an excellent idea. Not looking good for Mr. Stone so far. He seems a little immature himself. Will Danny do it? Something tells me he will. Could Blane’s absence have something to do with Levi and the Avery brother saga?

I did not expect to ever learn the reasons for that dorm's crazy nicknames, definitely not years since the period of their frequent appearances. Meanwhile, I like that Rob's love life is a whole weird mess, between the frequent dates, Luke and Jazz acting like that, and the stuff with Mikey on the backburner. Luke and Jazz have some nerve in stalking him after how they treated him with the breakup timing and after. I'm worried that Chris may not be as happy with Danny following the secret as he makes it seem. Both him and Danny would absolutely put each other's happiness over their own, but that can have lasting consequences. Chris asked Danny if he really wants to do this, which he could have done to make sure Danny wants it enough to agree despite his feelings. Since I'm on Chris and Danny, let's tackle some quicker things about them. I'm proud of Danny for not letting helping his friends get in the way of caring about his own wellbeing, something he had problems with. Being able to support Mark, Josh, Nicky and Gray at the same time is basically impossible, but of course Chris managed it because he's Chris. We have the catalyst for Danny to tell Avery the truth, I'm looking forward to that. Gray suspects the same thing some of us mentioned, that his father is behind the breakup. He has a noble reason for not wanting to confront him, but he needs to for his own mental wellbeing. He said he will and I hope he goes through with it, but it's easy to chicken out in this situation. It's nice to see Nicky finally start to do some talking to people, even if he's still not tackling the subject that's making him miserable. David had been doing better about their body insecurities for a long time, but it makes sense for them to come back when they have a boyfriend. It's natural for people to think they need to meet higher standards in that situation. I wonder if the voyeurism is behind David taking the sexual part of the relationship so slow, maybe that's killing David's sex drive with Tyler because their mind is on the voyerism. If that's the case, David will probably notice eventually, they're very perceptive. And maybe that will be a push for them to stop. I'm looking forward to the Christmas break. I want to see Jorge's dynamic with Nicky's family and my favourite character outside the main group, Finn. I'm sad for him because of the breakup, but the upside for us is it allows him to have sex with Danny again. And this time he presumably has some experience.

2025-11-08 16:29:17 +0000 UTCThe whole Josh leukemia story started with him getting tired and having bruises and now Chris is having frequent headaches with the quote “Nah, it’s fine, it’ll pass, they always do”. This makes me nervous for what might be coming.

I've seen "frenemies" before, but not "fugly". Does "fugly" means "fecking ugly"? And it's so funny about the nickname Master because his last name is Bates.

2025-11-08 03:43:53 +0000 UTCI was happy to see a conversation between Nicky and Danny, regardless of the topic. Maybe it's a first step back toward normal. Hopeful Chris's suggestion for Josh will help him deal with things better as well. It was interesting to see Gray say some of what we have all been debating. Probably more comments to come.

2025-11-07 20:00:13 +0000 UTCI barely even started reading, but I have to say I love the detail of Danny saying "feckin'" while talking to Finn. The Irish slang is running off of him from spending time with Chris and sometimes his family.
