Been watching all your HP reactions and I am a complete nerd about the franchise so here are just some things about this movie that get explained better in the books: - When Remus said that they have been betrayed and there was a spy, it was Mundungus but he didn’t do it knowingly. Snape had confunded him and Snape was also the one who came up with the idea of making Harry look the same because he knew that would make it harder for the death eaters. He made Mundungus believe that it was his own idea and recommend it to the order members who agreed to it. During the battle Snape was also one of the death eaters and wearing a mask. It was actually him who accidentally cut off George‘s ear! He was flying behind Lupin and George when he saw another death eater point their wand at Lupin‘s back so Snape cast a spell to cut off the death eaters hand - all while having to make sure that no other death eaters sees it - and accidentally hit George‘s ear. Lupin assumed that Snape had cut off the ear because Snape had used one of his own spells and having been to school with him he of course knew what these were. Then there is also the plot revolving around Dumbledore and Grindelwald and I recommend watching the Fantastic Beasts movies, I personally liked them a lot and it sheds more light onto the topic. Let it be known that contrary to the movie, Grindelwald did not tell Voldemort about the location of the elder wand in the books and told him to kill him because he will never reveal it. I don’t know why they changed that. Also Kreacher, Sirius house elf, belongs to Harry now because Sirius wanted it that way and he actually started being nice and kind to Harry and even Ron and Hermione after they had asked him about the locket and Regulus Black and in the last movie he even supported Harry‘s fight against Voldemort together with the other house elfs!
