2025-07-01 12:03:11 +0000 UTCI don’t think a lot of the dialog change of the old dub are a big deal, and some of these changes in the coming arcs will even be great, but making Vegeta claim Frieza made him evil is a type of change that is really bad because it portrays him inaccurately. I think this change was because the old dub wanted Vegeta to be likable on his death bed. I’m not gonna do this often, but this is one of the few scenes where I feel it’s important to revisit with accurate dialog, so here’s the Kai version. Before Frieza. Vegeta only cried because his pride couldn’t accept the fact that his race lost this bad to Frieza.
