アンケートの結果報告と今後のロードマップについて／Survey results report and future roadmap

皆さん、こんにちは。

先日はアンケートにご協力頂き、誠にありがとうございます。

アンケートの集計結果と、それを元に設計した今後のロードマップをお伝えいたします。

●生成AIの環境について 

全部で２２名の方に投票を頂きました。

最も多かった環境は「Stable Diffusion 1.X」であり、全体の半分以上（55%）を締めています。

しかし「Stable Diffusion 2.X」（14%）、「SDXL」（23%）も合わせると37%であり、

これらの環境を使っている方もかなり多いことがわかりました。

その他の環境では、「Novel AI」を使用されている方が9%となっています。

この結果を受けて、今後の衣装プロンプトの作成には、

「Stable Diffusion 1.X」の環境を主に使用していく事を決定しました。

私はこれまで「Stable Diffusion 1.X」の環境を使用していたため、これを継続していく形となります。

ただし、「Stable Diffusion 2.X」、「SDXL」の環境についても現在セットアップを行っています。

今後はこれらの環境でも、可能な限り動作テストを行っていくことをお約束いたします。

「Novel AI」については私個人がX等での投稿用に使用しておりますが、

プロンプトの記述方法がSDとは異なる（Nijiほど大きな差異ではありませんが）であるため、

何らかの方法で別にサポートさせて頂きたいと考えております。

●衣装プロンプトの種類について

こちらは「セクシー系」、「可愛い系」、「コスプレ系」がほぼ同数の票を得る結果となりました。

この結果を受け、今後もバランス良く、様々な衣装プロンプトを投稿していく事に決定しました。

なお衣装プロンプトには投稿済みのものも含め、属性タグ（セクシー、下着、カジュアル、等）を順次、付けていく予定です。

これによって、今後は衣装の検索がしやすくなると思います。

ただ、投稿済みの衣装は数が多いため、すべてにタグを付け終えるまでには少し時間をください。

●期間限定の衣装プロンプトの公開

こちらはすでに配布を開始させて頂きました。

とくに長期間、私をサポートしてくださっている皆様への感謝を形にしたいという考えと、

長期間のサポート自体に意味を持たせるための施策となります。

そのため「もっとサポートプラン」加入の方だけでなく、

「通常サポートプラン」へ３ヶ月以上加入の方も配布の対象とさせて頂きました。

この配布は今後毎月、継続的に行われます。

また今月以降、配布される衣装の内容は月の半ばくらいに発表する形にしたいと考えています。

●衣装以外のプロンプトの公開

ある程度の票数（８票）を獲得したため、近日中に公開いたします。

第１弾として、実践的なポーズ集のようなものを考えております。

●ディスコードサーバーの設置

個人的には少し意外だったのですが、こちらもある程度の票数（８票）を獲得しました。

これを受け、サーバーの設置そのものは確定事項とさせて頂きます。

ただサーバーの内容をどのようなものにするかについては、少し時間をかけて決めたいと思います。

暫定ですが、

「支援者の方同士の交流（雑談）スペース」

「衣装やその他のプロンプトについて、皆さんが私あるいは他の方に質問できるスペース」

「支援者の方が自身のイベントを告知できるスペース」

これらをメインコンテンツとしつつ、他にも良いアイディアがあれば取り入れていきたいと考えています。

私自身にサーバーの運営経験が乏しいこともあり、７月中の開設は少し難しいかもしれません。

しかし、８月中にはサーバーを開設し、皆さんをご招待できる形にするとお約束します。

Hello everyone, Thank you so much for participating in the recent survey. I am pleased to share the survey results and the roadmap we have developed based on your feedback.

About the Generative AI Environment

A total of 22 people participated in the survey. The most commonly used environment was "Stable Diffusion 1.X," accounting for over half (55%) of the responses. However, when combined, "Stable Diffusion 2.X" (14%) and "SDXL" (23%) made up 37%, indicating a significant number of users in these environments as well. Additionally, 9% of respondents are using "Novel AI."

Based on these results, we have decided to primarily use the "Stable Diffusion 1.X" environment for creating costume prompts. This aligns with my current setup, so I will continue using it. However, I am also setting up environments for "Stable Diffusion 2.X" and "SDXL," and I promise to conduct functionality tests in these environments whenever possible. Although I personally use "Novel AI" for my posts on platforms like X, the prompt syntax differs slightly from SD (though not as significantly as with Niji). I am considering ways to support "Novel AI" users separately.

Types of Costume Prompts

The survey results showed nearly equal votes for "sexy," "cute," and "cosplay" categories. Consequently, I will continue to post a variety of costume prompts, maintaining a balanced mix. Additionally, I plan to add attribute tags (such as sexy, lingerie, casual, etc.) to both new and existing costume prompts. This will make it easier to search for specific costumes in the future. Given the large number of existing prompts, please allow some time to complete this tagging process.

Limited-Time Costume Prompts

We have already started distributing these. This initiative is aimed at showing appreciation to those who have supported me for a long time and to give long-term support a meaningful incentive. Thus, in addition to members of the "More Support Plan," those who have been in the "Standard Support Plan" for more than three months will also receive these special costumes. This distribution will continue monthly. Starting next month, I plan to announce the details of the costumes to be distributed around the middle of each month.

Non-Costume Prompts

Since this received a considerable number of votes (eight votes), I will begin releasing them soon. As the first step, I am considering practical pose collections.

Setting Up a Discord Server

Surprisingly, this also received a significant number of votes (eight votes). Therefore, I have decided to set up a server. However, I would like to take some time to decide on the content of the server.

Tentatively, the server will include:

• A space for supporters to interact (chat)

• A space where supporters can ask questions about costumes and other prompts to me or other members

• A space where supporters can announce their events

I plan to incorporate other good ideas as they come up. Since I have little experience running a server, it might be difficult to set it up by the end of July. However, I promise to have the server up and running by August and to invite all of you.

That concludes the survey results and the roadmap presentation. I want to once again thank everyone who participated in the survey and express my heartfelt gratitude to all of my supporters.
