今回のアンケートの結果に基づき、今後の運営方針についていくつかの決定を行いました。

また、これまで曖昧な形にしていた１週間の投稿スケジュールについても公開いたします。

Based on the results, I have made several decisions regarding the future direction of this project.

Additionally, I will now share a detailed posting schedule for the week, which was previously somewhat ambiguous.

Please review the information below.

●今後の運営方針について／Future Direction

１．衣装の方向性について

アンケートの開始当初は「セクシー系の衣装プロンプト（下着、水着など）の充実」が優勢であったのですが、終わってみれば３つのテーマがほぼ同数となりました。

ただ、私を支援して頂いている方の中にはアダルト系の作品販売などを通じてご自身でもマネタイズをされている方や、水着や下着などをメインにXでポストをされている方が複数いらっしゃって、そちらの需要が高いことは理解しております。

そのため、今後は「もっとサポートプラン」を中心にセクシー系の衣装プロンプトをより充実させていくとともに、「A'mbellir」や「ぎゃるコレEX」等のnote連動記事を通じてより多くの下着／水着の衣装を提供していく予定です。

1. Costume Themes

At the beginning of the survey, "Enhancing sexy costume prompts (lingerie, swimsuits, etc.)" had the majority of votes. However, by the end, the three major themes received nearly equal support.

I understand that many of my supporters are also monetizing through adult-oriented content sales or posting mainly swimsuit and lingerie images on X, making this type of content highly demanded.

Therefore, I will be focusing on expanding sexy costume prompts within the "More Support Plan", while also offering more lingerie and swimsuit designs through note-linked articles, such as "A’mbellir" and "Gal Collection EX."

２．料金プランの変更について 

こちらは僅かに票を頂いたのですが、今回は見送らせて頂きます。

現行プランの料金改訂やプランの数を増やすことはサービスの複雑化や混乱を招きかねないため、かなり慎重に行うべきと考えています。

今後、より適切なアイディアが浮かんだ際にあらためて検討させてください。

2. Changes to Pricing Plans

While some votes were received on this topic, I have decided not to implement any changes at this time.

Adjusting the pricing structure or adding new plans could make the service more complex and confusing, so I believe such changes should be approached with great caution.

If I come up with a more suitable pricing strategy in the future, I will reconsider it.

３．過去に配布した限定衣装を購入可能にする

今回、一定数の方からご支持を頂いたため、何らかの形で実装する予定です。

限定衣装の配布は「長期に渡るご支援に少しでも意味を持たせる」という意味合いで始めたものですが、限定衣装の数が増えてきた事にともない、ある程度の期間（三ヶ月以上）ご支援を頂いている方が、それ以前の限定衣装を入手できないという状況が発生し始めています。

これについては対処の必要性を感じておりました。

また一方で、長く支援してくださっている皆様への配慮として、価格についてはある程度高めに設定しようと考えています。

実装の時期は今月中、遅くとも３月中を予定しています。

3. Making Previously Exclusive Costumes Available for Purchase

Since this proposal received significant support, I will implement it in some form.

Exclusive costumes were initially introduced to give long-term supporters additional value. However, as the number of exclusive costumes has increased, supporters who have been subscribed for over three months are now unable to obtain older exclusives.

I have recognized the need to address this issue.To maintain fairness for long-time supporters, I plan to set the pricing slightly higher.

This will be implemented within this month, or at the latest by March.

４．古い衣装（SD1.X用）を新しいモデル（SDXL）に対応させる

こちらも一定数の票を頂きました。

優先順位はそれほど高く設定しませんが、余力の範囲で少しずつ実行していく予定です。

なお投稿へのコメント、またはディスコードサーバーにてリクエストを頂ければ、その衣装については優先順位を繰り上げて実装いたします。

4. Updating Old Costumes (SD1.X) to Newer Models (SDXL)

This proposal also received a fair number of votes.

While it won’t be a top priority, I will gradually update older designs as time allows.

If you have specific requests, please leave a comment on my posts or on the Discord server, and I will prioritize those designs.

５．衣装以外のプロンプトについて

ポーズおよび背景のプロンプトについてのご要望が多かったため、こちらを実装いたします。

実装の時期や方法については未定ですが、過去に投稿したポーズ集のようにnoteの有料記事と連動させる形にするか、衣装プロンプトと同様の形で投稿するかを検討中です。

5. Prompts for Non-Costume Content

There were many requests for pose and background prompts, so I will implement this feature as well.

The method and timing are still undecided, but I am considering integrating them with paid note articles, similar to the previously published pose collections, or posting them in the same format as costume prompts.

６．チェックポイントやLoRAの紹介

こちらも多数のご要望を頂いたため、さっそく実装いたします。

後述する「１週間の投稿スケジュール」に組み込む形で、主にCIVITAIで公開されているチェックポイントやLoRAを定期的にご紹介いたします。

6. Introducing Checkpoints and LoRAs

Since many people requested this, I will start implementing it right away.

These will be included in the weekly posting schedule, mainly featuring popular checkpoints and LoRAs available on CIVITAI.

７．その他

今回は得票数が少なかったため、以下の項目については実装を見送らせて頂きます。

・未対応のモデルやサービス（NovelAI、FLUX、Kolors等）への対応

・SNS（主にX）での支援活動（アカウントや作品のご紹介、リポスト等）

7. Other Topics

Since these topics received fewer votes, I will not implement them at this time:

Support for models/services that are not yet covered (NovelAI, FLUX, Kolors, etc.)

Support activities on social media (mainly X), such as promoting supporter accounts and works or reposting content

今後はここに「衣装以外のプロンプトの投稿」や「チェックポイントやLoRAのご紹介」といったコンテンツが加わります。

ただ、単純にこれまでのコンテンツに新たなコンテンツを加算する形では私の作業リソースが足りないため、衣装プロンプトの供給量を若干だけ下げる形で対応させてください。

土曜：フリーの投稿日。チェックポイントやLoRAのご紹介、衣装以外のプロンプト、AI関連の記事など、多彩な内容を投稿。

今後、しばらくはこのような形でコンテンツの提供を行っていく予定です。

また、昨日公開を行った「カンタン衣装プロンプト作成BOT」のようなコンテンツについても、どんどん拡充していきたいと考えております。
