Patreon Updates | July 2022
Added 2022-07-28 14:51:10 +0000 UTCHey folks, and I hope you're staying cool this summer!
Things have definitely been hot over here—while I've been enjoying fiddling with Challenge Ratings 2.0 (look out for an announcement next week!), I've also got a few new projects that'll be released here soon. They'll include:
- a social encounter template for Bronze patrons
- two homebrew combat encounters for Silver patrons
- a pack of spooky wilderness encounters for Silver patrons
I also plan to upload the July 2022 workshop before the end of the weekend, and to get to work on last month's chosen one-page oneshot, What Granny Says, as soon as my schedule frees up next week.
With that said, I've recently realized that I've been struggling with burnout and overpromising. As a result (and in advance of August billing), I just wanted to let everyone know that a few of the tiers will be changing slightly in perks:
- The Bronze tier will remain unchanged.
- The Silver tier now offers one homebrew encounter per month, rather than weekly. (I still plan to publish all encounters still "owed" from June and July, and am making good progress on those!) I'm also removing the weekly pick-up game perk I experimented with last month due to a lack of interest.
- The Gold tier will no longer include new session plans. (The archive will still be available, but all session plans will now be publicly available as links in Reloaded.)
- The Platinum tier will no longer include a monthly oneshot game. (Most folks seem to have gone for the mentoring sessions lately anyway, so I don't expect this to be missed too much, though the games were fun to run.)
I apologize to anyone who might be disappointed by these changes! I don't do this full-time, so I sincerely appreciate your patience with me as I try to work out a balance between IRL commitments, Patreon commitments, and other projects.
As always, I'm around in case you'd ever like to hit me up, and I thank you deeply for your support <3
Cheers,
Dragna
