I too know these mind fu#*ing demons, albeit perhaps not as severe. And from different issues. I had a really great therapist who helped me over a two year period to climb out of that snake pit. My whole hearted encouragement goes to you. Keep fighting girl. Lots of love and encouragement and sleep spells being sent. โค๏ธ๐งก๐๐๐ฉต๐๐๐
