Listening to that bit about feeling slightly guilty for taking prescribed Ritalin, but how helpful it is. It made me wonder if you'd ever experimented with micro-dosing mushrooms. They are useful for things like depression and addiction, also I think they are a stimulant (I can drink like I'm on coke when I take them). So maybe a similar effect on you? Also they promote neuronal growth. So they're healthy...kinda. Less chance of dementia ;)

One thing we’ll have to agree to disagree and I know there are plenty of mediocre con artists psychics out there. But the two I’ve seen throughout my life can tell me word for word conversations I’ve had with someone previously. And other beyond specific things. 99% of things they say come true and these are things I’ve no control over. I’d love for you to get a reading with one of them just to show you it is real!
