What the frick man?

Howdy bros, hope you guys have been keeping well, i thought id write out an explainer as to where tf ive been the last 2 months, its a bit crappy and shallow to throw excuses to talk about underperformance but you guys deserve atleast some explanation.

As the years have gone on we have slowly come to the realisation that my kid is much more autistic than we thought, and basically he needs more care, more specialist appointments, and too afford more care and the other things i needed to take a job out of town to pay for all the extras, and the job i took is a 12-14 hour a day job and it is backbreaking fam. i barely get enough time at the end of the day to cook dinner let alone make art, im almost always in bed sleeping by 9pm, and because of this content has slowed to an insanely slow pace. where i can work on images once a week maybe twice a week due to some days ending early.

So what happens now that im back in the workforce and barely have time for art?

Well im not sure what to do honestly. I love making content for you guys, its my favourite thing ever, but there just arent enough hours in the day for it. I turned off billing in february because i knew with all the time i didnt have i wont be able make content for you guys (billing is back on now that im posting again).

Well from what i can see there are a few options:

End free pic day and focus on making snapsets and comics.
End snapsets and photosets and focus on FPD events
keep doing what im doing and just post once every 3 months lol

But What im leaning toward is this:
Keep free pic day but make it a single image instead of double images. and make small pieces of content, photosets and snapsets within 5-10 pages once a month.

None of these are ideal options in my eyes as id like to get back to making one piece of content a month plus FPD. but i just dont have enough hours in the day, since in my days off looking after someone who literally cant talk means i have to spend 80% of my focus watching him since if something happens my kid cant communicate it to me.

He literally got bitten by a spider at school the other month and because he cant talk, he couldn't tell anyone, out of nowhere he was in bad shape and needed to go to hospital because he couldn't explain to us that something had bit him, and this has instilled much fear into me lmao.

Anyways, i hope you guys have been well, other than all this complaining im actually doing fairly well, since i took the new job the bills are getting paid and such, and part of that is thanks to you guys being patient. Thank you so much for sticking around, I honestly thought 90% of you would have left if i didnt post for 2 months straight but it seems like 70% of you guys actually stayed which is omega good feels for me, it seriously makes my heart happy <3

So all in all, im back and im hoping to be able to make more content for you guys atleast for the foreseeable future.
