Switching to 'Per Map' Model

Important news everyone! I am going to make some changes to this page that will affect all of you, so make sure you read this carefully.

So far I have been using the 'per month' model for this page. While this works fine when I can consistently produce a certain number of maps per month, it get a bit unbalanced when I can't. Sometimes I just can't produce the amount of maps that I promised. By switching to the 'per map' model you'll only pay for the maps that I actually make. When I'm swarmed with commissioned work there won't be as much pressure to get the right amount of maps done and I can still focus on quality over quantity. That said, the aim is still to deliver 3 maps per month.

It is important to know that you can set a limit to the amount of maps that you want to support. If you like the current tiers, you can set your limit to one map per month. I value all my patrons, and completely understand. You'll have access to all the map that I post for you tier, but you'll never pay more than what you set the limit for.

When I switch to the 'per map' model, your limit will automatically be set to 1 map per month, so you won't suddenly pay more than you do now. If you want to increase the limit, or remove it entirely, you'll have to do so manually.

I'll do some more research about how best to do this, and will keep you updated. I just wanted to give you all a heads up. If you have any questions or comments, please let me know!

Happy gaming!

Thanks! I’m happy to hear you feel that way! It’s should indeed give me some more time to come up with nice ideas and keep up the quality of my work :)

Honestly, your maps are of such high quality, that switching to a per map basis sounds completely fine to me. It's gonne give less pressure and more time to think of idea too.

Good luck with the switch over Daniel!
