The City of Londun
Added 2021-04-14 12:32:34 +0000 UTCLet's step out of Wordal for a bit and visit a much more familiar place. This map of Londun was made for my patron Alex Loveridge. it shows the city of Londun at around 400AD.
Londun was a mostly abandoned city that was built by the romans and was finally being reclaimed after hundreds of years of neglect. People were starting to fix up the old Roman building and patch their roofs with Sod and thatch where they were needed. It was surrounded by a thick roman wall that protected it from its enemies.
