The lands to the north are foreign and strange. The Kingdom of Knurden has embraced the faith of the Great Balance, but many of the people of Olorlay still worship the ancient spirits. They built sacred shrine and monuments to please them.
On the cliffs of Meras stands the monument of Saraskimber, a spirit of trust and preservation. The monument was built thousands of years ago, maybe tens of thousands, and it still stands as beautiful as ever. Saraskimber's presence has preserved the monument and its location for all this time. Centuries ago the cliffs around it started to crumble and the people of Olorlay trust that it will forever.
At night the stones show glowing signs, different each night. Some belief that these are messages from Saraskimber. They visit the stones at night and study the signs interpreting their meaning.
