For those who might have missed it yesterday and do not want to watch an almost 10 hour stream, here's the cut version of yesterday's event!

SpaceX's Starship SN10 performed its high altitude test flight in Boca Chica Texas. We of course watched it unfold live and here is the cut version for those who do not wish to watch an almost 10 hour live stream!

I think they just have more work to do. They are a long way away from landing, refueling and taking off a few hours later

We have two malfunctions, I think. Yes, that second engine didn't look healthy on the way up. It was fuel rich, or what's worse, there may have been a methane leak in the bell that was turning the flame yellow. When the engines fired up and shut down for the landing there was a lot of yellow flame. Engine shutdowns always produce puffs of yellow flame, but this was persistent and grew, we can see it on one side of the exterior. So perhaps that engine did have a methane leak and and that fire remained - SN10 was in trouble even before touchdown. Several landing legs definitely failed to deploy properly, so SN10 may have had two malfunctions. And the hard landing certainly didn't help, a further tank leak could have occurred. It's even possible the engine bay fire caused the landing leg problem - we don't really know how they deploy and stay in place, except the initial drop down is by gravity.
