I have a new blog!

Hey hi folks! I've finally caught up enough with my day-to-day following the trials of September to share some more positive news with you all. The closing of cohost came as a real blow to me, as it had been my main online home for the last couple years, not to mention one of the rare (if not only) social media places I found comforting to exist in. So I've been hard at work (when I haven't been recovering from being very sick) and I've got some things to show for it!

First up: I have a new blog!

Cohost got me to like longform posting and I don't want to give it up! My blog is currently at https://blog.zandravandra.com/ and—here's the important bit—should not be moving in the foreseeable future. It took a lot of effort to finally establish some sort of foothold on an Actual Website I Own, but the advantage is that I own it! This is where I'll be doing my big effortposts (and regular posts) from now on, as well as porting over a lot of personal favorites from my cohost. It also has an RSS feed you can follow in the reader of your choice if you want to stay updated on my ramblings.

As always, I'll be posting the major writing here for y'all first (short stories, Her Majesty The Prince chapters, and so on)—you're the priority! <3 Once stuff leaves Patreon early access, then I'll see about porting some of it over to the blog on a case-to-case basis. (Short stories & books published on itch and distributed to Sampler Pack & Book Club members won't be affected, it's business as usual.)

Ask me anything?

Oh yeah because cohost's Ask feature was such a favorite of mine (and because it's a bit awkward to do that here on Patreon) I set up an Ask Me Anything! page over on my blog! Feel free to poke me about anything that's on your mind, especially if it pertains to any of my stories or characters, and I'll post regular answer roundups on the blog.

I also added a little "I'm a Patreon supporter" checkbox you can check to let me know you're on here (it's for my eyes only, it won't show up on the answer). I can't promise I'll answer every question but I'll do my best to prioritize the ones that come from you. ^^

It's currently very bare-bones and will pretty much consist of a link hub I can send people to, but you can see what's there right now over at http://zandravandra.com/ (also known as "that URL I put on the back of all my books so it should probably lead to something that I maintain and keep updated"). Sites like carrd and linktree are nice but if I can just make my own, then why not?
